POLICIES:
SALES TAX: California Sales Tax will be applied to sales within California (8 %). There is no sales tax for sales outside California. Only USA sales available at this time but I hope to have international sales soon.
SHIPPING: All products are carefully packaged in a recycled gift box and shipped USPS First Class with tracking number. Shipping rate is $3.50 anywhere in the US; I'm sorry but multiple items in a single order can only be sent to a single address. Once your order is received and payment has cleared, I will ship your order within 1-5 business days and provide you with a tracking number. I usually don't provide insurance for items under $100 but if you'd like it and/or expedited shipping both are available for an additional rate, just contact me in advance of purchase.
RETURNS: I want you to be happy and will work with you. If you are not satisfied with the item you've purchased, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. If an item needs to be shortened or lengthened I'm happy to adjust or restring it (if possible) for a nominal fee. In order for a product to be eligible for return: 1) It must be in original condition, unworn and unaltered; 2) Items need to be returned with original packaging with delivery confirmation and insurance. Packaging without insurance cannot be accepted. Suku is not responsible for shipping charges or insurance for returned items; and 3) Returned items must be received by Suku within 14 days after delivery to you. You'll be issued a refund within 1-7 days of receipt of returned item.
